About your delivery
When will my figure arrive?
We estimate delivery 12–13 calendar days after receiving your order. You can see it in My orders. It is an estimate and may vary depending on the piece and transport.
How can I track my order?
Sign in with the email used for your purchase. In My orders you can see whether your figure is received, in preparation, shipped or delivered. Once dispatched, we add the carrier and tracking link there.
My orders →When is shipping free?
For orders with physical pieces, shipping is free when the items total reaches €85.00, excluding shipping costs. Digital models in the same order also count towards this amount.
What if I order several figures?
Shipping is charged once per order, even if you buy several figures. The price depends on the destination and delivery service you select.
When do I choose the carrier?
In the delivery step, after reviewing your items, you enter the destination and choose an available carrier. Shipping is added there and you can see the complete total before paying.
Do digital models have shipping costs?
No. If your order only contains digital files, there are no shipping costs and you do not need a delivery address. Once payment is confirmed, your downloads are available in My orders.
What about islands and special destinations?
We do not currently ship to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Azores, Madeira, Ceuta or Melilla.
