How does the figure arrive?
The custom wedding couple arrives with its final finish in the agreed colours. Its price covers personalised design, 3D modelling and resin printing. Catalogue figures arrive with white primer, ready to paint.
Can you recreate my dress?
We work with your photos and references to capture the silhouette and special details. Together we agree what can be recreated at your chosen scale before confirming the design.
How long does it take, and where do you ship?
We ship to mainland Spain and Portugal, with delivery estimated 12–13 calendar days after receiving your order. Other destinations by enquiry. You can see delivery prices before payment.

The physical piece and digital download are separate options. Ordering a print does not include the STL; files are purchased separately in the catalogue.
