Rounded D-profile shoulder keys use 0.25 mm side and 0.30 mm tip clearance; sole keys use 0.22 mm side and 0.30 mm tip clearance; print the four shoulder/base fit tests first. STL/OBJ in millimeters; GLB/Blender in meters. Uniformly scale all parts and coupons together. Solid, not hollowed; no internal cavities detected. No supports, slices or physical print/fit test. Stone base width: 140 mm; arm span: 144.33 mm. Standalone couple height: 189.80 mm at the same scale.
