Two distinct D joints, 0.22 mm radial clearance, 0.30 mm bottom clearance and approximately 0.235 mm at the seat. Scale all pieces and coupons together. Test coupons before the large parts. Solid meshes; not hollowed or presupported. Choose orientation, supports and exposure for your printer/material. Dry-fit before gluing. No physical test has been performed.
