150 mm assembled height; 215.80 × 157.34 × 150.00 mm (width × depth × height). Print the complete figure or the body and two wings. Scale all pieces and four fit-test coupons together. Left key 2.4 × 2.8 mm, insertion 3.5 mm; right key 2.0 × 2.4 mm, insertion 3.5 mm. Socket clearance 0.22 mm per side and 0.42 mm extra depth. Print the coupons first. Solid files without supports or sliced printer files. Closure, normals, self-intersections and assembly checked digitally; no physical print test.
