Verified complete dimensions: 254.55 × 222.31 × 200 mm, width × depth × height. Complete scene and separated version: Cassian with stump, two whole wings, pumpkin, crate and one whole base with attached leaves. Cassian, his cloak and the stump remain one piece because their surfaces are fused. D-profile keys have nominal 0.20 mm side clearance and 0.25 mm extra socket depth; test the supplied coupons and scale all pieces uniformly. Follow the guide: release the wings, lift the pumpkin and crate and move them diagonally outward, then lift the stump. The right wing needs a short sideways motion to clear the garland from the hands. Solid geometry, flat base underside, no prepared supports and no physical print or fit test. STL is uncolored; textured formats and renders show a possible painted finish. OBJ/STL use millimeters; GLB/Blender use meters. Personal-use unofficial interpretation inspired by ACOTAR.
