Solid geometry; no accidental closed internal cavities detected. STL/OBJ in millimetres; GLB/Blender in metres. Keep OBJ, MTL and Textures together. Key clearance 0.22 mm per side; print the included fit coupons first. Scale all parts together. No supports, slicing or physical print/fit test.
